Coaching with a Licensed Psychologist

Executive coaching is provided by James Pann, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist with training in psychological assessment and mental health treatment. When concerns are primarily situational, sessions remain focused on coaching goals. When a clinical concern is contributing to professional difficulties, it can be identified and addressed directly or referred for appropriate treatment.

Psychological and vocational assessments are also available when additional information about strengths, values, interests, or aptitudes would support a career or professional decision.
